INFORMATION FOR DEVELOPERS

GENERAL FACILITIES CHARGE (GFC)

Washington State Administrative Code (WAC 480-110-455)  allows Whatcom County Water District #13 to collect a General Facilities Charge (GFC) from Developers for all new construction. This fund allows the District to maintain a reserve towards a portion of future capital projects that are part of our long-range plan.

 

The GFC must be paid in full prior to connection of any pipelines to our system, and can be paid by money order, cashier's check, and/or business check. If paying by check, the check must clear the bank prior to connection; we do not accept credit card payments.

SEWER:  $13,714.00
